DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the course is to help CARE deliver aid to more women\, men\, boys and girls affected by crisis\, faster. Specifically\, CARE plans to decrease the number of staff with skills gaps in priority areas\, through staff trainers delivering good quality training. CARE has identified some priority skills gaps\, based on a wide-ranging learning needs analysis. \nProgram Objectives: \n\nIncreased impact of your training\nAccess to more tools and different training skills\nIncreased confidence\nUnderstanding of the learning process – from needs identification through design\, delivery and evaluation\nSpecific feedback on your training\nAbility to consider a range of approaches to improve skills\n\nAcceptance into this course is dependent on your application. To begin the application process\, click enroll. Once you have enrolled you will receive an email and link with the official Google application. \nRecommended for: \n\nCARE staff who regularly deliver training to CARE staff and partners in humanitarian contexts.\nCARE staff able to train others in English (as well as other languages). The Emergency Leadership and Management Program (ELMP) helps CARE’s most senior leaders to develop the skills they need to quickly and effectively respond to emergencies.
