Gender, Equality & Diversity (GED) 201 focuses on using dialogue as a skill to understand experiences and perspectives across difference.

Completion of this training will allow participants to:

• build on the experience and knowledge gained in GED 101 to develop dialogue skills that foster a productive & trusting work environment.
• deepen their understanding of how race, gender, culture and privilege impact individuals and contribute, or undermine, the effectiveness of the workplace.
• examine how gender and other inequities play out on a global scale.
