Mandatory Finance Training Part 2 of 2 – CARE USA (Virtual/Zoom for INTL-based/international staff working remotely)

This training is designed for Budget Owners and Approvers. This training is composed of two parts: 1) understanding “procure-to-pay” (or procurement processes) and 2) the fundamentals of financial management.
Completion of boths parts of the training will result in the ability to:
- recall recent changes to the CARE USA Domestic Procurement Policy (e.g., increased used of purchase requisitions, purchases orders, etc.)
- demonstrate how to request and approve the use of CARE resources
- summarize the fundamentals of CARE financial management
- select and make use of basic tools used to make informed and timely financial decisions
