Orientation Part II: The Organization – CARE USA

Orientation Part II: The Organization is designed to welcome new employees to CARE. This orientation is intended to provide new employees with foundational information about CARE, as an organization.

Completion of this training will result in:

• the understanding and application of CARE’s organizational identity, structure, and strategy
• practical knowledge about the history and future of CARE
• an overall understanding of CARE’s 7 program areas
• an in-depth understanding of employee resources and global expectations

Required for: US-based employees

Attendance: In-person or remote
