Lean Business Planning 1/3 – CARE USA

This virtual three series program is designed in partnership with Medora Ventures to provide CARE staff insight on Lean Business Planning. Learners will receive effective guidance and support from experiences coaches and mentors. Throughout this program you will create a lean business plan utilizing the expertise of Medora Ventures on social enterprises.

Recommended for:

• Staff that are working to transition a solution to a social enterprise or consulting practice.
• Staff working on models that earn revenue.
• Staff managing a CEI supported venture (who either need to build or brush up on these skills).
